3. Billing & Spends

Ad campaigns on Google and Meta require direct ad budget payment, managed via client-owned payment cards. Agency fees cover campaign design, ongoing bid adjustments, conversion analytics setup, and performance reports.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of agency fees, the client retains full ownership of all customized copy, graphics, web code, tracking pixels, and Looker dashboard setups generated during active cycles.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the county courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
